Yet another graduate of the the Thursday Night Nets Academy, Nathan Martin made his debut in 2014 and instantly made an impact with his aggressive fast-paced bowling. Earned his place in Walsall Health folklore when he reacted to being bowled for a duck by throwing his bat into a tree in disgust.

Nathan is closing in on his 50th wkt for the club, and has proved to be a very under-rated batsman. 2017, saw an exceptional season for Nath in the field, with numerous quality catches. He also does great work on the club website, always making sure the match reports go up on time, and adding new material whenever the need arises.

In 2019, Nathan returned to take his 50th wicket, with a Five-for and a hat-trick all in the same spell. Becoming only the 3rd bowler in club history to take a hat-trick
